Family Matters

Enjoying Moments That Matter, Making Memories That Last
Three Rivers’ signature Family Matters program carves out opportunities for residents to enjoy quality time with their families, while creating cherished memories that last a lifetime.
Family Matters offers a themed event once a month at our Three Rivers’ community where family and residents catch up and spend time together over dinner and a fun-filled group activity. And the best part is, we plan everything!

Some of the best family memories come from get-togethers during the holidays, whether it’s Aunt Susie’s famous eggnog during a game of charades or Grandpa Joe’s piano lessons on Silent Night. That’s why Family Matters hosts holiday-themed events during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Halloween, and Easter.

Our Thanksgiving feast of family favorites and fun Christmas activities, like White Elephant gift exchange or caroling, capture the glowing holiday spirit and are loved by all. By combining both old and new holiday traditions, you can continue to make new memories at Three Rivers.

Our Halloween Trunk or Treat event is another guaranteed crowd pleaser that transforms our parking lot into its very own neighborhood for trick or treating. You’ll find residents dressed up as they pass out candy to children in their families and from the community. Local police and fire department officials pay a visit with their first responder vehicles so the children can tour and learn about them.

In-between holidays, Family Matters hosts a wide range of enjoyable and engaging activities, including live bands with dancing and movie nights for beloved classics, like Gone With The Wind and Breakfast At Tiffany’s. Family Matters reminds us that the time spent with family is what matters most.
