David Brazile
Administrator
In 1983 David began his employment at Three Rivers Healthcare and Rehabilitation as a nurses aide when he was 22 years old. David has worked as a nurses aide, charge nurse, medical records clerk, care plan coordinator, human resources manager, assistant administrator and in 2004 took the position as administrator. He graduated from Mid-South Community College with a licensed practical nurse diploma, and Arkansas State University with an associate degree in business. David and his wife Holly live in Harrisburg, they have two children and are soon to have their fourth grandchild. David is very active in the community with the Chamber of Commerce, and other various community events and organizations. David serves on the board of advisors for Business Education Department, and Nursing Department of Arkansas State University Technical College.
David states, “I feel like I grew up working in long term care, the residents who live here become our family. I have learned some of the more important lessons in life from the residents at the nursing home. They are a great source of knowledge”.
Diane Green, RN
Director of Nursing
Diane is married, she and her husband Jack live in Trumann. She has three children and 4 grandchildren. Diane has been employed at Three Rivers since 2003. Diane took the Director of Nursing position in November of 2011. Diane enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling to other countries, learning about different cultures, and spending time at the lake. Diane has been a nurse for over 40 years. Diane says, “I enjoy working with the cooperative and caring staff that we have here.
Sherry Pearce
Social Services Designee
Sherry graduated from Arkansas State University with a B.A. in social work, A.S. in office administration. She has worked as a case manager in several different facilities, and as a family service worker for the Department of Human Services. She began her employement at Three Rivers Healthcare and Rehabilitation in May of 2006. Sherry is married to James Pearce and they reside in Harrisburg. She has two children, Dalton, and Sadie. Sherry is very active in her church and with a local Girl Scout group.
Misty Green, RN
Assistant Director of Nursing
Misty lives in Trumann. She has two children, Mikaelyn 16, and Jackson 12. Misty has always enjoyed sports and continues to do so now. She enjoys water sports, fishing, cooking and anything with her Children. Misty says, “I love the staff I work with”, “it is like a huge family and I know I have people to depend on from all aspects of the facility”.
Pat Holt
Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor
Pat has been employed at Three Rivers for 14 years. She grew up and attended school in Lepanto, Arkansas. She has been married to her husband for 41 years. They have four children, eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Pat is a very dependable person and is more than happy to listen to any comments you may have about housekeeping or laundry. Pat states she, “loves her job and the residents.”
Zachary Hatley
SSD
Zach lives in Marked Tree, he is single and has been an LPN for several years. He enjoys photography, walking, going out with friends and family, and spending time riding on the family farm. His other interest include nursing, home improvement and Do It Yourself projects. Zach says, “I love the family atmosphere at Three Rivers and our wonderful support from families and the community”.
Dietary Manager
Robin is married and lives in Monette, Arkansas. Robin has six children and several grandchildren. Robin enjoys reading the Bible, walking and nature. Robin loves learning about changes in the dining experience. Robin says “I fell blessed to have the privilege of taking care of our residents in their time of need”, “talking to our residents and learning about their lives is very interesting”.
